Policy for Retention & Destruction–Membership details (Application Forms)–Retained for 12 months beyond current season.
Committee Papers–Minutes/Agendas/Reports:-used by Committee Members for discussion purposes during Committee meetings–destroyed immediately after the meeting to which they relate either by shredding or burning.
A Master paper Copy of the approved Minutes of Committee meetings is retained indefinitely as a historical record.
Archived Material–Old files etc. will be reviewed prior to destruction and any important material removed for retention.
Suspected Data Breach Where a member suspects a breach of data protection has arisen, the member must immediately bring this to the attention of the Club Secretary
